The game features the bitter and beautiful tale of four war-orphaned heroes who become embroiled in a conflict between the hostile Empire of Palamecia and the rebel resistance. By eschewing conventional leveling for a proficiency system that allows players to tailor their characters growth and incorporating a key term memory system that makes dialogue integral to gameplay, this game sparked the spirit of innovation for which the series has become known.
This release also contains the bonus dungeons added to later editions of the game--the Soul of Rebirth and the Arcane Labyrinth.

Since I love FF, this game is awesome for me.
Yet it has crashed twice in the last two days, thats why I only gave four stars.
Needs an update because no sound and freezes. Must be something with new iOS. Please fix because I want to play.
This game is amazing but the amount of crashing that happens is absurd.

Thats a nice game, its certain. But can someone fix the bug that crash the game ? Theres a "Now Loading" Chocobo that often appear, and the screen becomes black. Theres no way I can play play the game without facing a bug
As far as I can tell as I havent played very far as of yet nothing has gone wrong Maria gets past her first or second line and it played normally
Some bad moments
Using iPad mini and iOS 8.02 it is impossible to play anymore. The game crashes after sleeping in any inn. Moreover, it also crashes when Leila joins the party. It is impossible to finish the game now.
Full of bugs. Is muted and lock in the first part. impossible to play! I want my money back! Pack it!
Terrible. All SE games Ive downloaded for iOS have disappointed me. This one has no in game option, and no option to change langue either... Actually there is no option button on entrance menu, only "start game"... We to not have "select" not "start" button like SNES used to. Square Enix should never came to mobile games world, at least not as greedy as they have been for offering so little...
Guys, really, you have to fix this problems with each version of IOS updates. Its getting ridiculous...

This game would have gotten 5 stars if not for the many bugs encountered while playing. For one you must save your game before exiting to answer a text or anything of the like or you will lose any unsaved progress. The game also tends to freeze when resting at an inn. These bugs need to be addressed and fixed before I will even consider increasing my rating.
