Disappointed

I downloaded this game after not having played it in a few years and was really excited to do so.

I went through the intro to the point where Firion met back up with Maria and the gang and it just froze after she said she thought he was dead.

I tried everything. Reinstalled the game numerous times with the exact same outcome.

I want my money back.
