V1.1 is unplayable

Not only does version 1.1 crash at the start of any battle, but I also noticed they changed to the directional pad from FF1, i.e. You have to swipe in the direction you want to move instead of the much simpler directional pad that is just present in the corner all the time.

Last version was at least playable. Did no one test this?!
