Crashes like Paul Walker

Ive never played Final Fantasy before and I wanted to try it out because I was on a bit of an RPG binge. Long story short the game runs for about 20 seconds and then crashes, nothing I have attempted to do has fixed this problem. Unless theres a for sure bug fix with this game I wouldnt waste my money on it.
